A whole world of possibility. Built for Minecraft Java.

The field guide

From download to adventure.

Everything you need to choose your world, get set up, and start building.

Install a ready-made Earth map

  1. Check compatibility. Open your product page and check its Minecraft Java version, ZIP size and world boundaries. Allow space for both the archive and the extracted world.
  2. Download your purchase. Sign in and open My downloads. Download the ZIP. Keep download links and access tokens private.
  3. Extract the world. Extract the complete archive. Find the world folder containing level.dat and the region folder, rather than copying the outer ZIP folder.
  4. Single-player. With Minecraft closed, copy the world folder into your Minecraft installation’s saves directory. For launchers such as Prism, use the saves folder for the correct instance.
  5. Java server. Stop your server and back up its current world. Place the extracted world in the server directory and set level-name in server.properties to that folder name. Restart on a compatible Java edition version.
  6. Confirm the map loaded. Explore the generated area and apply the world boundaries listed on the product page. Generating outside the supplied area can create ordinary Minecraft terrain.

Product-specific setup

Dimensions and installation commands differ by scale. Use your product’s own specifications; don’t copy boundaries from another map.
