Choose a scale & underground type ↗

Install the map

  1. Download the purchased scale and underground type from your account. Allow room for the ZIP plus the unpacked world, with additional working space for the server.
  2. Extract the ZIP completely. Use the folder containing level.dat, data, datapacks and dimensions. The outer folder name varies between archives.
  3. For single-player, copy that world folder into the saves folder of a Minecraft Java 26.2 installation. For a server, stop it, back up its current world, copy in this folder and set level-name in server.properties to its name.
  4. Keep all bundled datapacks. The 1:217 world extends to Y −256; 1:326 and 1:543 extend to Y −128. Removing their height datapack changes the world’s build range.
  5. Choose the game mode you want before inviting players. The supplied Vanilla archives default to Spectator and the Non-Vanilla archives default to Creative. Server owners can set gamemode=survival and force-gamemode=true in server.properties while stopped. In single-player, enable commands through Open to LAN if needed, then use /gamemode survival for survival play.
  6. Set a border using the commands for your scale below. Keep a backup before changing generation settings or upgrading Minecraft.

GB and MB are decimal units: 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Unpacked sizes total the files inside each ZIP; filesystem allocation and future generated chunks can use additional disk space.

Set the world border

Install Chunky and ChunkyBorder builds compatible with your server. These maps are rectangular, so use ChunkyBorder instead of Minecraft’s square-only border. Replace world with your server’s actual world name.

The commands select the mapped area and add its border. They do not start pregeneration or regenerate the underground. Use the same commands for Vanilla and Non-Vanilla at a given scale.

World specifications

All scales use Minecraft Java 26.2. The mapped area covers longitude −118.564453 to −56.513672 and latitude −4.214943 to 32.916485. It includes Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and northern South America.

Border coordinates describe the outer edges. The final included block is one below each maximum coordinate. Vanilla downloads contain extra generated chunks around the mapped area; the border above keeps players within the same geographic map in either type.

Vanilla and Non-Vanilla

Vanilla includes vanilla underground cave generation. The surface is the supplied geographic map, with its regional terrain and vegetation.

Non-Vanilla has solid dirt underground for a custom generation workflow. A generator plugin does not automatically replace underground in chunks that already exist. Use a process designed to modify existing underground and preserve the surface.

The included no-lava datapack disables lava lakes and springs. Preserve the bundled datapacks when installing either type.

Each purchase covers one scale and one underground type. Choose another variant on the product page.
